IN-HOUSE COMP WAS A HUGE SUCCESS!
Some huge results were seen from all that entered our first in-house competition over the last 4 weeks!
The winning team of Brianna and Georgie, walked away with a 30 minute massage each, 1kg of PranaOn Protein and a shaker each and 2 weeks of FREE training each!!
The comp consisted of the same 3 tasks having to be completed during the week on top of attending 4 training sessions per week one of these being Mobility. The 3 tasks were:
[3km run] - [2km row] - [5RFT of 30m Sled Push @ 80kg & 30 Rope Slams]
Body Composition was tested at the start of the 4 weeks and at the end.

LEVEL ONE TRAINER COURSE
We're very excited to be hosting this course in conjunction with PunchFit on Sunday July 17.
You will learn:
The correct technique for the 6 basic punches
The correct pad positions and correct technique for the pad holder
Duty of care and safety considerations
Over 20 authentic boxing combinations with pad work to match
Personal training, group fitness class structures and drills
Other essential skills and techniques to offer your clients (and you) fun, safe innovative boxing pad work sessions

'KHAN PORTER WORKSHOP'
We are so damn excited to have Khan Porter presenting this Friday night at 630pm!!
The workshop will involve some Oly Lifting & specific CrossFit movement Coaching followed by a workout with Khan then some beers post workout and great conversation!!
This is apart of our WodAdventures Retreat visiting us this weekend for all that Byron Bay has to offer and some damn great training thrown in the mix!
