COST: $15.00 casual / $130 full school term (one session per week) This program is designed to introduce the younger children to CrossFit concepts. The class duration is short and play-based and geared towards teaching them to think of exercise as FUN. Skills are focused on the very basic foundations of functional movement and age appropriate developmental motor skills for the average 4-6 year old.
KIDS (AGES 7-10/11)
COST: $15 casual / $130 full school term (One session per week) The Kids class builds on the foundation of FUN introduced in the previous class. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements. The goal of the CrossFit Kids program is develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports and life in general. Gymnastics coaching included.
TEENS (AGE 11/12+)
COST: $15 casual / $130 full school term (one session per week) Our teens program will further incorporate CrossFit movements as well as further improving general physical fitness, strength and endurance. The program supports and compliments compulsory school sports and because the workouts are constantly varied, the kids are more likely to excel at their chosen sports and less likely to fall victim to injury.
