CrossFit Kids is a strength, skills and conditioning program specially designed for kids and teenagers, developing an innate capacity for, and love of fitness. In a group setting, kids and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts in similar age groups that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be more well-rounded athletes.
CrossFit Kids is open to 3-7, 8-12 and 13-17 age groups.
Classes are designed to accommodate Kids & Teens of all fitness levels.
Workouts are tailored to each individual.
All kids will receive enough intensity to be challenged and improve.
